What the fee does and does not cover
The monthly fee covers the ClinicForYou software and support. Two costs are billed separately and not by us:
- WhatsApp conversation charges. Meta bills these directly to the clinic's own WhatsApp Business account, at Meta's published rates.
- The missed-call number. On the plans that include it, the phone number is rented from a telephony provider and billed by them.
